Born in Valladolid in 1989 she graduated in the Conservatory of Music of the Basque Country "Musikene" (San Sebastián, Spain) under the tutelage of Ricardo Requejo Retegui specializing in piano.

She completed those studies specializing with the pianist and conductor Enrique Ricci in vocal accompaniment. In 2017 she finished her Singing High Degree in Conservatory Castilla y León (COSCYL) in Salamanca (Spain) with Professor Abenauara Graffigna and Professor Javier San Miguel.

She was awared special prize “Ópera de Oviedo” in the International Singing Competition Ciudad de Logroño in Spain.

During the year 2015 she becomes part of the National Youth Orchestra of Spain (JONDE) in first place, working with Master Cristóbal Soler and José Sanchis.

In 2016 is selected in YAGA Project (Young Artist Gloger Festival) in Kongsberg (Norway) and in the “Barokkfestival” in Trondheim (Norway). María has performed as a soprano soloist in the Réquiem (W. A. Mozart), Stabat Mater (G. B. Pergolesi), Oratorio de Noël (C. Saint- Saëns) and Carmina Burana (C. Orff).

She worked with conductors as Cristóbal Soler, Enric Parreño, Olof Boman, Ulrich Windhfur and Daniel Inbal. Recently, María, has debuted as “Sandrina” (La Finta Giardiniera, W.A. Mozart), “Marola” (La Tabernera del Puerto, P. Sorozábal) and “La Contessa d’Almaviva” (Le Nozze di Figaro, W.A. Mozart).

In 2018 she sings as "Susanna" (Le nozze di Figaro, W. A. Mozart) in Theater am Leibnizplatz (Bremen, Germany), as “Vitellia” (La clemenza di Tito, W. A. Mozart) in Allee Theater (Hamburg, Germany), and as “Hyacinthus” (Apollo et Hyacinthus, W. A. Mozart) in Theater Osnabrück (Germany).

She studies Singing Master at the Hochschule für Künste, Bremen (Germany) under Krisztina Laki and Thomas Mohr since October 2017.
